Mmmmmmmmmmm..........

My teenage son, Alex, has decided that he wants to start taking homemade snacks to school to eat during his break.  Evidently eating Eggo's off of a paper plate on the drive to school in the morning is not working out too well for my ravenous firstborn.  By the way, its me driving, not him.   

This is his favorite Pumpkin Bread.  It is a secret family recipe.  He thinks I whipped this up for him because I love him so much (which I do) but I really love any excuse to use my Pyrex.  I would love to share the recipe with all of you but I would like to continue speaking to my mother.
