Happy Saturday everyone! Before I'm off to rooting for my Oregon State Beavers, I wanted to share what I found last weekend when Sister came to visit. First, a few pretty pinks for your enjoyment.
You know, I think Sister just brings the luck for pink prizes when she visits. I got this suitcase at Goodwill, along with the chopper. I was never a pink person, but this color is slowly growing on me (thanks to Sister). The bread box may look familiar because it used to be Sister's, but she gifted it to me because she is the best big sister I could ever ask for. I wish I had a slew of swanky swigs hidden in mine, but alas I am not that lucky yet. The turquoise bowl I picked up for Sister this morning at Goodwill as a thank you gift for not beating me when I found the pink suitcase first.
And now for a few of my new animal friends. I found the chipmunk planter at the antique mall I like in Seaside and decided that I deserved a little gift. This morning I found this dog planter at Goodwill. I swear Saturday mornings are when I do my best at Goodwill. I scooped this beauty out of the cart that hadn't been put out yet, I'm such a heathen. The dog looks like he is doing his business, but any weird animal things seem to end up in my cart. The strange little squirrel is a lone shaker, and I hope I find him his nut someday.
Now off to a few little Christmas projects for Sister. I am getting so excited to give her all her gifts this year, it is driving me crazy! I usually don't wait and give her all her presents way in advance, but I managed to practice self control during her visit. Let me tell you, it was torture!
Linking up over at Pink Saturday. See you guys there!
Until Next Time!
